Luke Curley
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Luke started Perfect Path Consulting in February 2023. Prior to Perfect Path Consulting, Luke spent over 15 years with SEI in their Investment Management Services (IMS) unit, most recently serving as a senior director of real estate private equity fund accounting and operations. As a senior director at SEI, Luke directed a fund accounting team serving large real estate private equity clients, totaling in excess of $50 billion in assets under administration. During his time at SEI, Luke was instrumental in improving operational efficiency, reporting standardization and automation, process optimization, and designing custom solutions for clients. As Luke progressed in his career at SEI, he realized a passion for advising his clients, co-workers and peers, which ignited his pursuit of consulting and ultimately founding Perfect Path Consulting.
In March 2026, Luke joined forces with Kyle to establish Perfect Path Consulting Group, combining their shared experience in fund accounting, operations, and technology to create a unified advisory platform for private equity and real estate managers.
Prior to SEI, Luke spent time at BISYS in New Jersey as a hedge fund accountant, and at National Penn Bank in Pennsylvania as a SOX controls analyst.
Luke is 2005 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he earned his B.S. in Accounting. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and also holds a real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Kyle Heintz
CO-FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Kyle joined Perfect Path Consulting Group in March 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of alternative asset operational experience. Prior to Perfect Path Consulting Group, Kyle spent the last 11 years with SEI in the Investment Management Services (IMS) unit, most recently serving as an Assistant Managing Director in Strategic Growth Operations. In this role, Kyle oversaw private equity fund accounting and operations, including key governance across evergreen partnership structures.
During this time, Kyle led a fund accounting team of more than 40 U.S.-based staff and manager-level accountants, supporting multiple Enterprise private equity and real estate relationships with more than $70 billion in assets under administration. In addition to fund team oversight, Kyle was a key committee member within SEI Fund Operations, contributing to sales support, ongoing operational solutions, IMS AI initiatives, and the advancement of cloud-based fund accounting models.
Before joining SEI, Kyle worked at Citco Fund Services in Malvern, PA as a Senior Fund Accountant and at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, PA as a Special Assets Analyst within the wealth management department.
Kyle is a 2007 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, VA, where Kyle earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Business Leadership.
